Plain-language answers to what people actually ask us. This page restates the Terms of Service in ordinary words — where the two disagree, the terms are what counts.

What does it cost?

Chatting is free. Signing up is free. Your first CV review — an honest reaction to what’s working and what isn’t — is free.

A full CV rewrite costs R49, paid once. There is no subscription and nothing recurring.

How can I pay?

Through PayFast, in rand. You can use:

No card and no banking app? Choose SCode and you’ll get a code on your phone — take it to a Shoprite, Checkers, Usave or Post Office till and pay cash.

What do I get for that?

A complete rewrite of your CV, delivered to you as a Word document you can edit, send and keep. You can also download it any time from your account.

One revision is included — if something isn’t right, tell us what to change and we’ll redo it. Further revisions after that cost extra.

How long does it take?

Within 24 hours, if you order between 9am and 5pm on a working day.

A person reviews every rewrite before it reaches you, so we don’t process orders outside those hours, over a weekend, or on a South African public holiday. Order on Friday evening and it goes out Monday.

Is it written by a person or by AI?

By AI, reviewed by a human before it reaches you. We think being straight about that matters more than pretending otherwise.

What if I’m not happy?

If we fail to deliver your rewrite, contact us for a refund. If you’ve had the rewrite and want it different, that’s what the free revision is for.

How do I send you my CV?

Three ways, whichever suits you:

PDF, Word, or a photo of your CV (JPG/PNG) all work.

Do you find me a job?

No. Hassle Bot is a tool for your side of the process — we don’t apply on your behalf, contact employers for you, or promise an outcome. We are not an employment agency.

If what you want is to be found rather than to apply, put a free profile on talent.smorg.co.za and let employers come to you.

What happens to my CV and my data?

We keep a copy so we can do the work and handle revisions. The rewritten CV is yours — you own it and can use it however you like. The full picture is in our Privacy Policy.

Something else?

Ask us — a real person reads it.
